How It Works

1. Schedule your appointment and pay securely.

2. Upload your documents using the Proof EasyLink (secure link sent in your confirmation email and thank-you page).

3. Join the session from your smartphone, tablet, or computer with your valid government-issued photo ID ready.

4. Before the session, Proof will perform identity verification which includes Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA).

5. Complete the notarization in real time with me.

6. Receive your completed documents via secure link immediately after the session. Fully legal and compliant with tamper-evident cryptographic seal respected in all 50 U.S. states. All done from your couch... or anywhere!

Booking & Payment Policy

Full payment is required at booking to secure your appointment and cover preparation time.

• If I am unable to complete the notarization for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice receive a full refund.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $25 flat cancellation/rescheduling fee.

All fees are reasonable and fully compliant with Tennessee notary law. The $25 online notarization fee applies only when the notarization is actually performed.

All sessions are conducted securely through the Proof platform with tamper-evident seals and full audio-visual recording. Records are retained for at least 5 years as required by Tennessee law.

How It Works

3. Meet me in person at your home, office, or a convenient location in Putnam County with your valid government-issued photo ID ready.

4. I’ll verify your ID in person and review your documents with you.

5. Sign naturally with a stylus on my Surface Pro 11 while we complete the notarization together in real time.

6. Receive your completed documents via secure link immediately after the session. Fully legal and compliant with tamper-evident cryptographic seal respected in all 50 U.S. states.
